Relax in this upscale, newly furnished home in the woods. Snuggle up to the gas fireplace or listen to near-by Tom's Falls from one of the two decks or covered front porch. Our cabin is centrally located to many spectacular scenic areas such as Chimney Rock Climbing location of "The Last of the Mohicans"), with its sweeping mountain vistas, plummeting waterfallls, and quaint downtown along the Broad River. Take the kids to play in the refreshing river waters or at the beach at Lake Lure. Elegant and casual fine dining abound. Take a boat tour of Lake Lure and see the filming location of the movie "Dirty Dancing" If you love to shop for hand made crafts or locally grown foods and honey, Gerton is 7 minutes from the cabin and Black Mountain, Asheville, and Hendersonville are just 25 minutes away! Numerous golf courses are nearby.
Culture abounds with Flat Rock Playhouse, Biltmore Estates, Brevard Music Center and numerous fine art galleries, all within a short drive. If photography or nature hikes are your delight, Dupont and Pisgah National Forest overflow with gorgeous waterfalls and scenic overlooks of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
 

Amenities:      The main floor has 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each room. Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Also, we have a new full-size hide-a-bed couch in the living room and a full-size hide-a-bed couch in the walk-out basement. There is a bathroom on every level of the house.
